Thumbnl Terms

By using Thumbnl you agree to these terms.

The service

Thumbnl turns a frame from your video into thumbnails. You own the video you upload frames from and you own the thumbnails we make from it. You are responsible for having the rights to the footage you use.

Plans

The trial is one video, watermarked, so you can see the results on your own footage before you pay. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from the Billing button in the app; access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Monthly video counts reset on your billing date and do not roll over.

Refunds

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, and Thumbnl makes no guarantee of any particular result, including views, click-through rate or channel performance. In rare cases, the founder may approve an exception at his sole discretion. To request a review, use the contact form; each request is considered individually and no exception is owed.

Fair use

No automated scraping of the service, no reselling of renders as a service, no uploading frames you do not have rights to.

Availability

We aim for the service to be up all the time and make no guarantee of availability. Any credit for downtime is at the founder's sole discretion.
