Thumbnl Privacy
Thumbnl is run by No Human Nearby. This page says what we keep and why.
What we store
When you sign in with Google we store your Google account id, email, name and profile picture so we can recognize you and count your renders. When you build thumbnails we store the single frame you chose, the words you typed and the thumbnails we made, so they appear in your history. We never receive your video. Frames are read in your browser and only the frame you pick is uploaded.
What we do not do
We do not sell or share your data. We do not use your frames or thumbnails to train anything. We do not read your Google Drive, Gmail, YouTube or anything beyond your basic profile.
Payments
Subscriptions are handled by Stripe. We never see your card number. Stripe keeps its own records under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep things
Try-it renders made without an account are deleted after 24 hours. A video uploaded because your browser could not play it is deleted after 3 hours. Renders on accounts that never subscribed are deleted after 120 days. Paying accounts keep their renders until they delete them. Local backups age out after 30 days; one encrypted off-site copy of the database is overwritten every night.
Deleting your data
Open the app and tap "Delete my account" at the bottom. It deletes your account, every render and your history immediately and cancels any active subscription. If you would rather email, use the address below and we will do the same within seven days. Records of partner payouts already owed or paid are kept as accounting records.
